Yuki Ogawa

Undergraduate Student at Columbia

Hi, I’m Yuki, and I’m originally from Tokyo, Japan. I am a senior undergraduate student at Columbia College majoring in Computational Biology and Minoring in Ecology, Evolution, and Environmental Biology.

I have some experience in amyloid research (preeclampsia, alzheimer’s disease, AL amyloidosis) at Columbia and at Mayo Clinic, MN. I am interested in the mechanisms of human diseases at both the cellular and genetic levels. Here, I have discovered the fascinating possibilities of RNA and its applications in human disease research. I am excited to dive deeper and improve my computational and experimental skills with the amazing team!
