New Preprint from the lab: Decoding the YTHDF2 Disordered Region

Our new preprint is now available on bioRxiv!

Using base-editor screens, we mapped regulatory residues within YTHDF2 at single-amino-acid resolution. We identified individual residues in its intrinsically disordered region that control protein interactions, condensate recruitment and the decay of m⁶A-modified RNAs. This work connects IDR sequence directly to molecular and cellular function while revealing a new layer of regulation within the m⁶A pathway.
